Thanks to the ST XTA coilover kit, the Hyundai i30 N and N Performance (including Fastback) is lowered by 20 to 40mm and thus noticeably better driving dynamics.
Thanks to the adjustable damping characteristics, ST XTA coilovers allow you to further customize the damper setup. The damping technology used for this comes from KW. It allows the ST XTA coilover kits to be set tighter or more comfortable, depending on the driver's preference. The dampers are tuned at the upper end of the chrome-plated piston rod. If the pulling force is increased, the car drives even more precisely and the body movements decrease. If a more comfortable damper setting is required, the setting is also made via the rebound adjustment. The adjustable dampers also allow the change to a different rim size to be taken into account. But even in the basic damper setting, a vehicle with an ST XTA coilover kit is much more agile and offers sportier handling properties than a standard suspension.
Easy adjustment of the lowering
As with all ST XTA coilovers, the stepless adjustment of the lowering takse place via the coil spring late. Like KW, ST Suspensions uses a polyamide adjustable spring plate, which allows easy adjustment of the lowering via the trapezioidal thread on the galvanized strut. The lowering can also be changed when installed by simply turning the adjustable spring plate higher or lower. If the car has non-wheel-guiding double wishbone wheel suspension on the rear axle, the lowering is adjusted using the ST Suspension rear axle height adjustment.
The ST XTA coilover kit is available for all Hyundai 2.0 N models from year of construction 2017 and an axle load of 1120/1010 kg. For vehicles with factory lowering, the specified lowering is reduced by that of the factory lowering.
